The interiors are well preserved, free of damp or leaks, and carefully maintained in every detail. Some units may show minor exterior imperfections, consistent with the exceptional end-of-season discounted price. Each mobile home comes fully furnished and includes a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa, a master bedroom, a second bedroom, and a spacious full bathroom. The layout is functional and well organized, making it ideal for seasonal or extended use—whether on a campsite or as a temporary residence. The structure is built with grooved insulated panels, ensuring good thermal insulation. The roof consists of corrugated metal sheets screwed onto wooden trusses, with a vapor barrier and an insulated panel serving as a ceiling. The floor is made of wood-based material with wear-resistant PVC linoleum.
